Delivery Options

Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to our local courier partners for delivery.

We currently offer two delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

Rates for Registered Parcel Services will be calculated upon checkout.

Can I Track My Order?

You will be able to track your parcel if you have opted for Registered Parcel Services only.

You will receive your order’s tracking ID in the Order Confirmation email along with the tracking number (e.g RC123456789SG). A tracking link will be sent to your email once parcel has been dispatched.

If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email, you can also find the tracking number in your order’s history page under My Account.

It may take up to 1 business day upon the dispatch of your delivery for the order status to be refreshed.

I haven't received my parcel. Who can I contact?

If you have trouble retrieving information about your delivery, email us at support@osmose.com.sg with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Restricted areas/zones in Singapore

We generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery services!

For worldwide shipping, shipping rates and delivery time will be calculated upon checkout based on country destination provided.
