After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions
Your return must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g #1XXXX-SG)
You may return your order(s) anytime via post/courier directly to our warehouse

Store Credits will be sent to your email within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.
