The following categories are not returnable: Sale items, intimates and accessories. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item that will be valid for 1 year. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions

Your return must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g #1XXXX-SG)

You may return your order(s) anytime via post/courier directly to our warehouse 

Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to our warehouse at:

Store Credits will be sent to your email within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.

Please ensure that your return order is eligible for returns before making a return.
It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

Exchange an online purchase at the store

Online purchases can be exchanged at any of our retail stores.

You must have a valid order number for your online purchase.

A one-time exchange can be made for the same design, to a different size or colour only.

If the design is not available in-store, you can return your order over the counter for Store Credit, usable on your next online purchase!

You may also drop off online order/s at our store!

Your returns will be transferred to our warehouse.

Store Credits will be sent to you within 7 business days from when we receive your parcel.

Return/Exchange is valid within 14 days* from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g #1XXXX-SG)

For your parcel to be returned to you, there'll be a redelivery fee of $3 or you may pick it up at our stores at no extra charges.

For store purchases, you may make an exchange within 7 days at any of our stores

You may exchange to another item:

Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made

Exchange to higher value item - A top up is required

Exchanges to a Retail Gift Card is not allowed.
